ADVANTAGES FOR PROVIDING TURN-KEY ORDER TO ITC
The main advantage of providing turn-key order is our vast experience in this field which is almost 22 years.
We are having a planning department and a good experience to complete the project within the time frame with good quality job.
We have our own designing team, project monitoring team, civil work team, structural work team, commissioning team and all the tools & tackels and mobile equipment to execute the work, we are very comfortable to execute the project timely with good quality work.
The above said advantage can be understand by the following details :–
1. PROJECT IMPLEMENTION PLANNING
We have executed almost all the plant capacities on turn-key basis. We have a vast experieance in preparing project implementation schedule and timely execution based on schedule. We have executed almost 250 projects till date.
Our main aim is to complete the project within time frame as mutually agreed.
2. SITE ACTIVITIES
We are monitoring site activities by deputing adequate manpower for the entire project related areas.
We are providing boarding & lodging to our staff within the plant premises or nearby the plant to avoid any delay in site activities.
3. CIVIL WORK
We are executing the civil work with our in house manpower to avoid any delay due to contractor.
Incase we require we used to engage the sub-contractor for the manpower supply only by looking into their work experience and previous performance.
4. STRUCTURAL WORK
We are executing the structural work with our in house manpower to avoid any delay due to contractor.
Incase we require used to engage the sub-contractor for the manpower supply only by looking in their work experience and previous performance.
Fabrication work will be done at your site. However, if we require, we can fabricate it in our workshop.
The manufacturing items like kiln, cooler, abc/dsc, transfer chute to be fabricated at site to avoid the delay due to size in transportation. Also, interconnecting ducts and other related jobs will be done by us at site.
5. SUPPLY OF PLANT & MACHINERIES
We purchase the plant machineries from the reputed suppliers.
We have a well established fabrication unit with all required equipment and we are bending shell of kiln, cooler and abc/dsc at site.
We mainly focus on the quality job and within time frame provided.
6. EQUIPMENT ERECTION
We Execute The Erection Work Timely And In House Since, We Are Having All The Mobile Equipments Required For The Erection Work.
We Have A Tie-Up With The Crane Rental Company To Engage 250 Tons And Higher Capacity Crane For The Erection Of Heavy Equipments.
7. TRIAL RUN
We depute our adequate manpower at site for the trial run of plant equipment.
8. PLANT COMMISSIONING
We supervise the commissioning of plant.
